This space drives attention to potentially common issues encountered in recent or previous IDA versions, that may affect a large number of IDA users. ## How to report bugs? ### Official Support Channel (recommended) If you have a license under support—especially in the case of business-critical issues—we strongly recommend reporting bugs via our [support channel](https://support.hex-rays.com/). This ensures the fastest response and direct, tracked communication about bug status, fixes, workarounds, or other solutions. ## Forum discussion in the Bugs subcategory You’re welcome to post in the #IDA General > Bugs if: - You’re unsure if your issue is a bug - You want community input or you’re seeking workarounds from other users > Please keep in mind, that **mentioning an issue on the forum is not equivalent to submitting it through our official support channel**. Our team monitors the forum regularly, and if your case will be identified as a potential bug, you may be asked to open a formal bug report via our [support channel](https://support.hex-rays.com/) and provide more details. ## Before posting a bug-related topic in the forum: 1. Check the previous topics (especially tagged as #common-issue) 2. Provide the reproduction steps and any relevant information, add screenshots and samples where possible. ---
