Official Support Channel (recommended)
If you have a license under support—especially in the case of business-critical issues—we strongly recommend reporting bugs via our support channel.
This ensures the fastest response and direct, tracked communication about bug status, fixes, workarounds, or other solutions.

Please keep in mind, that mentioning an issue on the forum is not equivalent to submitting it through our official support channel.
Our team monitors the forum regularly, and if your case will be identified as a potential bug, you may be asked to open a formal bug report via our support channel and provide more details.
Before posting a bug-related topic in the forum:

- Provide the reproduction steps and any relevant information, add screenshots and samples where possible.
