IDC function links for GitHub are 404'ing

Clicking any function on the page redirects me to a 404 page on GitHub.

We’ve investigated and resolved the problem, so you should no longer be redirected to a 404 page on GitHub. Everything should be working as expected now.

Just to clarify—our IDC reference documentation has recently moved to a new location: idc.docs.hex-rays.com. While most redirects are in place, we’re still actively working to correct any lingering broken links like the one you spotted for set_inf_attr.
