Not able to load .net assembly

I’m having hard time loading a .net assembly into IDA (9.2 rls)

it is showing never-ending warning boxes even though I’ve checked all checkboxes “do not show it again…

after it I see never-ending 0x6 type of warnings as modal boxes…

Expectations: being able to load the binary when checkboxes have been clicked…

PS the only way to stop this blocking process is …. to kill IDA process in the ProcessExplorer or similar
